CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO REZONE PROPERTY FROM B-1 BUSINESS <br />TO R-3 URBAN RESIDENTIAL; CASE OF EIGHTY SEVEN LLC <br /> By: Sylvia Frolik, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On December 11,2001, the City Council adopted findings of fact and introduced an ordinance to <br />rezone Outlot A, Brandseth, from B-1 Business to R-3 Urban Residential.
