i <br />I <br /> <br />CASE # <br /> <br /> ADOPT ORINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />FROM R-1 RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO R-1 URBAN RESIDENTIAL; <br />CASE OF OAKWOOD LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC. <br /> By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On December 11, 2001, the City Council adopted findings of fact and introduced an ordinance to <br />rezone property in Section 14 from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential. The <br />property also received sketch plan approval and is proposed to be platted as River Pines 5~ <br />Addition with 17 new single family lots and 1 existing homestead. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) City Council meeting minutes of December 11, 2001 <br />c) Findings of Fact <br />d) Proposed Ordinance <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />State statute requires notification of the public hearing to owners of property within 350 feet of <br />the subject property.
