-208- <br /> <br />The Planning Commission, at its November 5, 2001 meeting, held a public hearing and reviewed Kenko's. <br />request. Afar discussion, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the interim use permit for a period <br />of three years from the date of issuance. <br /> <br />The City Council, at their November 27, 2001 meeting reviewed Kenko's request. After discussion, the City <br />Council directed staff to draft to findings of fact, one supporting the granting of the permit and one supporting <br />denial of the permit. Both are attached for the Council's consideration. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommends that the interim use permit be granted to Kenko, Inc. to allow for outdoor <br />storage and permission to place a temporary office structure on the property for a period of three years. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #02-01- Findings of Fact # supporting the granting of an interim use <br />permit to Kenko, Inc. for the utilization of a temporary office structure and outdoor storage. <br /> <br />Motion to approve adopting Resolution #02-0 l-~.declaring terms of the Interim Use Permit. <br /> <br />-or~ <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #02-01- .
