-208- The Planning Commission, at its November 5, 2001 meeting, held a public hearing and reviewed Kenko's. request. Afar discussion, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the interim use permit for a period of three years from the date of issuance. The City Council, at their November 27, 2001 meeting reviewed Kenko's request. After discussion, the City Council directed staff to draft to findings of fact, one supporting the granting of the permit and one supporting denial of the permit. Both are attached for the Council's consideration. Recommendation: The Planning Commission recommends that the interim use permit be granted to Kenko, Inc. to allow for outdoor storage and permission to place a temporary office structure on the property for a period of three years. Council Action: Motion to adopt Resolution #02-01- Findings of Fact # supporting the granting of an interim use permit to Kenko, Inc. for the utilization of a temporary office structure and outdoor storage. Motion to approve adopting Resolution #02-0 l-~.declaring terms of the Interim Use Permit. -or~ Motion to adopt Resolution #02-01- . Findings of Fact # .supporting the denial of an interim use permit to Kenko, Inc. for the utilization of a temporary office structure and outdoor storage. -and- Motion to adopt Resolution #02-01- denying the request for by Kenko, Inc. for an interim use permit for the utilization of a temporary office structure and outdoor storage from Kenko, Inc.
