I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-01- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT BASED <br />ON FINDINGs OF FACT # AND DECLARI2NG TERMS OF PERMIT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kenko, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly applied to <br />the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an interim use permit for the placement of a temporary office <br />structure and to allow for outdoor storage on the property generally located at the northeast <br />comer of 147t~ Ave. and Ferret St. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1 and Lot 3, Block 1 Hwy 10 Ramsey 4th Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Site"). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCEL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # . ., an interim use Permit ("Permit") to allow for the <br />placement of a temporary office structure and to allow for outdoor storage on the Site is <br />hereby denied to Kenko, Inc. ("Permitte"). <br /> <br />The Permitte shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in processing this Permit. Said <br />expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City and failure to pay the City's <br />expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the City to draw upon any of the escrows <br />required by th/s agreement for payment. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> .~ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />-227- <br /> <br /> <br />
