I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR <br />TIlE PLACEMENT OF A TEMPORARY OFFICE STRUCTURE AND TO ALLOW <br />FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , AND <br />DECLARING TERMS OF THE SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kenko, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly applied to <br />the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an interim use permit for the placement of a temporary office <br />structure and to allow for outdoor storage on the property generally located at the northeast <br />corner of 147~ Ave. and Ferret St. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1 and Lot 3, Block 1 Hwy 10 Ramsey 4th Addition, AnokaCounty, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Site"); and' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Planning Commission met on November 5, 2001, conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI~ OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />The Permittee will be able to have outdoor storage of equipment and maintain a temporary <br />office building for three years after'the approval of the permit. The term of the permit shall be <br />from February 1, 2002 to January 31, 2005. <br /> <br />That all outside storage of equipment shall be in an orderly fashion. Storage of construction <br />debris on the Subject Property is not permitted. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain a permit from the Lower RUm River Watershed Management <br />Organization prior to using the land for outdoor storage and placing a temporary office <br />structure on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits from the City. <br /> <br />That all costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the Permittee. <br /> <br />In the event site operations permanently cease, this Permit becomes null and void and all <br />equipment and structures shall be removed by the Permittee within ninety (90) days of the <br /> <br />-229- <br /> <br /> <br />
