P~el inte~iews were held with all six <br />patrol officers on December 20, 2001. Based on ~e p~el's reco~endation, staff <br />recommended Officer Brad Paplham be appointed to ~e Co.oral ~si~ent effective J~ua~ <br />1, 2002, with additional compenfation at a money rate consistent with the Law Enforcement <br />Labor Se~ices (LELS) union contract. <br /> <br />Police Chief Gustafson noted that candidate is very well qualified for the position. <br /> <br />Personnel Committee/January 8, 2002 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />-43- <br /> <br /> <br />
