Councilmember Hendriksen noted that he had only one concern that he would like to address at <br />the Council level. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to recommend that <br />the City Council adopt the organizational resolution as discussed at the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Hendriksen noted that he would be voting present so that <br />the issue can be discussed at the Council level. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
