-192- Subsection 9.50.03 (Preliminary Plat Requirements) and 9.03.06 (Site Plan) shall be amended to include the following language: Subd. 4. Traffic Generation' Analysis. Residential real property platted within--the-M-USA--after.-January-.-t-~..t-99-7-~ shall be subject to a traffic generation analysis which shall be provided for at the expense of the developer of the Subject Property. Subsection 9.02 (Definitions) shall be amended to include the following definitions: Development Proposal - An application received by the City for a subdivision of land, site plan approval or building permit. Transition(ing), Residential Development - the changeover or shif~ in density between existing residential development and proposed residential development. SECTION 2. SUMMARY The following is the official summary of Ordinance #00-_._, which has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: Establishing performance standards to provide for an orderly transition between developments of differing densities.
