-192- <br /> <br />Subsection 9.50.03 (Preliminary Plat Requirements) and 9.03.06 (Site Plan) shall be amended to <br />include the following language: <br /> <br />Subd. 4. <br /> <br />Traffic Generation' Analysis. <br /> <br />Residential real property platted within--the-M-USA--after.-January-.-t-~..t-99-7-~ shall be subject to a <br />traffic generation analysis which shall be provided for at the expense of the developer of the <br />Subject Property. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #00-_._, which has been approved by the <br />City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: Establishing performance standards to provide for an orderly transition between <br />developments of differing densities. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
