-48- Eric Watson, 6000 146th Avenue NW, Ramsey, stated that he lives adjacent to the Kurak property and wants people to understand what medium density is. He reviewed the definition of medium density from the March 2001 Comprehensive Plan. Mayor Gamec inquired if Mr. Watson was speaking as a resident of RamseY not as a Planning Commission member.
