Brian Olson <br /> City En~eer Steve ~J~_n~._owski <br /> City A~6rney~ ..W_imii-~!i~bodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of th&~Oty C6~9il t6 p~der at 7:09 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Kurak to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to tl~%~lag. <br /> <br />The Ci~ Council held a Closed Session at 5:15 p.m. E}~,7:the Ci~ A~orney prior to the <br />Regular Ci~ Council meet~g to discuss the Ci~ of Ramify versus Ramsey Holdhgs et al. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Rich Quall, 17001 Helium Street NW, Ramsey, President of RYAA, stated that the City's <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor had sent out a memo regarding the time line of' Elmcrest Park and that <br />memo does confirm the deadline associated with the grant the City received. According to the <br />memo the last direction given by the Council was to have staff work on the T.H. g47 access <br />issue. He questioned if the Council could take some action to get the meetings, with the <br />necessary landowners, to occur in the near future.
