Mim~esota Statutes 2001, 410.325 <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes 2001, Table of Chapters <br /> <br />Page 1 of'l <br /> <br />410.325 Tax anticipation certificates. <br /> <br /> Notwithstanding a contrary provision of other law or <br />charter, a home rule charter city may issue tax anticipation <br />certificates in the manner and subject to the limitations <br />applicable to statutory cities under section 412.261.
