Suggested Certificate of Adoption of Home'RUle'Charter <br /> <br />State of Minnesota ) <br /> ) ss <br />County of ) <br /> <br /> I, , clerk (recorder) of the city of <br /> <br /> do hereby certify that the charter hereto attached and <br /> <br />made a part of this certificate, is a true and correct copy of the charter <br />returned and filed with the city by the duly appointed and qualified charter <br />commission of such city. <br /> <br /> I further certify that such charter was duly submitted to the voters <br /> <br />of the city of at the general (a special) election held <br /> <br />in such city on , 19 <br />of for the charter and <br /> <br />total vote cast in such city <br /> <br /> Witness my hand and the corporate seal of the city of <br /> <br /> this day of <br /> <br /> and was duly adopted by a vote <br /> against the charter, the <br /> <br />at such election being <br /> <br />, 19 . <br /> <br />Clerk (R~corder) <br /> <br />This certificate must be signed in triplicate by the clerk, and one copy of <br />the charter should be attached to each certificate. The one copy must~be <br />deposited in ithe office of ~he Secretary of State, a second is filed in the <br />office of the County Register of Deeds, and the third is deposited as a <br />permanent record in the archives of the municipality.. This should be done <br />within thirty days after the adoption of the charter.
