The one copy must~be <br />deposited in ithe office of ~he Secretary of State, a second is filed in the <br />office of the County Register of Deeds, and the third is deposited as a <br />permanent record in the archives of the municipality.. This should be done <br />within thirty days after the adoption of the charter.
