Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTION <br />ORDINANCE CONTROLLING THE USES OF RIGHT-OF-WAY. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> #01-03- <br /> <br /> OF AN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best public interest to control and regulate the use of public <br />right-of-way within the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Administrator is hereby directed to-schedule a public hear/ng at 7:00 p:m. on <br /> Tuesday, March 27,2001 to solicit input on the above proposal. <br /> <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />__ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 13th day of March, 2001 <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTE ST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />· -133- <br /> <br /> <br />
