Future Land Use Calculations <br />The following table represents a tabulation of land uses as a percentage of the <br />total land area based on the future land use plan. The tabulations assume a <br />complete build out of the community, which may or may not happen within the <br />lifetime of this plan. Park and Open Space includes the landfill, privately owned <br />golf courses and the Boy Scouts of America camp grounds in addition to public <br />park lands. Although this plan shows the eventual depletion of agriculture lands <br />in Ramsey in terms of a land use category, it is anticipated that agriculture <br />activities that occur today may still occur in the Permanent Rural areas. The <br />agriculture land located in areas designated as urban residential, places to work <br />or other urban uses will continue to be farmed until such time that the property <br />owners decide to develop in accordance with the development staging plan or sell <br />to development interests. <br /> <br />Table V-2 Future Land Use Calculations <br /> <br />,Fu~[ur?
