Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City has entered into a TIF Agreement with T & G Land, Inc. whose principal is Tom Sauter. <br />As a part of these transactions, the City is selling an approximate 10 acre lot in the newly platted <br />Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5 to T & G Land, Inc. and granting a six year option on an <br />approximate 8 acre lot in the same plat to T & G Land, Inc.
