On January 9, 2001, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to T & O Land Inc., ("Permittee") to construct a 39,936 square foot office and warehouse facility and a 20,000 square foot metal panel warehouse accessory structure ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as follows: The west 995.00 feet, as measured at right angles, of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota except that part thereof described as follows: Beginning at the southeast comer thereof; 'thence North 88 degrees 17 minutes 51 seconds West, along the south line thereof, a ~llstance of 499.06 feet; thence North 88 degrees 15 'm~nutes' 46 secodds East a distance of 500.00 feet; thence South 01 degrees 46 minutes 13 sdconds West a distance of 30.00 feet .to the point of beginning; and further excepting that part of Industry Avenue Northwest as Shown on AnOka CoUnty Highway Right of Way Plat No. 8. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown on the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan was prepared by RLK Kussisto LTD, Fischer Engineering, and Caine & Associates Land Surveyors, dated December 26, 2000.
