Please address the following issues prior to further development: <br /> <br />As stated in our October 20, 2000 correspondence, the access to the development on Xkimo <br />Ave. appears to be too close to the TH47 intersection. For safety purposes we reiterate that <br />this access should be at least 300' from the intersection. <br /> <br />A grading permit will be needed for the proposed gTading on Mn/DOT right of way. Please <br />contact Keith VanWagner in our Permits office at (651) 582-1443 for the appropriate forms <br />and guidelines. <br /> <br />No drainage permit will be needed, though as a reminder, drainage rates affecting Mn/DOT <br />right of way must be perpetuated.
