-298- <br /> <br />PROPOSED ORDINANCE #01- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br />CODE. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.03.(14) (OVERLAY DISTRICTS) OF <br />THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Subsection 9.20.03(14)(d), Overlay Districts, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />9.20.03(14)(d) Tower Overlay Regulations. Certain areas in all districts may be located within <br />the Tower Overlay area and are subject to additional regulations in ss. 9.15.03. The Tower <br />Overlay District shall consist of those parcels of land identified by City Council Resolution No. <br />01-__ The City Engineer is directed to cause the City's Official Zoning Map to be amended <br />so as to identify the Tower Overlay District. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #01-. , which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />Section 9.20.03(14), Overlay Districts, has been modified to create the Tower Overlay District <br />which restricts commercial towers to Residential parcels at least I0 acres in size that are located <br />in an area to be designated as the tower overlay district on the official Zoning Map. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
