-416- Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-01-XXX RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2000 AUTHORITY OPERATING BUDGET ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, during the year 2000, the Ramsey City Council acted on matters impaCting revenue and expenditures budget of the Economic Development Authority for items that were not included in the original budget for the year ended December 31, 2000; and WHEREAS, for financial reporting purposes, amendments to the Economic Development Authority budget is to be made in the form of a Budget Amendment Resolution; and WHEREAS, the following budget amendments are required to confirm Council's actions taken by motion antE/or discussion and to reflect actual activity for the year ended December 31,2000: To amend revenue activities based on budget amendments made by Council action during 2000 and actual moneys received over (under) budget from $68,357 to $I0,000 for a total net decrease of $58,357: Miscellaneous Revenues Investment Earnings Transfers in From Other Funds Net Decrease Budgeted Revenues $ 0,000) 00,000) f47,357) $ (58,35T) To amend expenditure activities based on wage contract settlements, budget amendments made by Council action during 2000 and actual moneys spent over (under) budget from $110,420 to $55,695 for a net decrease of $54,725: Personal Services Supplies Other Services and Charges Capital Outlay Transfers to Other Funds Net Decrease in Budgeted Expenditures (62,429) 3,650 4,015 360 (321) (54,725) NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the City Council hereby directs the Finance Officer to enter these budget amendments into the City's financial records. i I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I
