ND DECLARING TERMS OF PERM_IT TO GtL, kDE AND EXPORT SOILS WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 01-01- adopting Findings of Fact #~ for this use and herein approves the Grading Permit subject to the following conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL'v~ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOIC4 COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On ., 2001, a Grading Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to North Fork, Inc.
