They are concerned that the noise and visuaJ;i:.~edi~S,of the scr~P ~d will become an issue for businesses developing west of their site in t~e ne~"7~dustff/i~';~krki:CIi appears that the · st V City is approving a plat with no access because what is suppo~gfoe 141 Avenue is pri ate property that has not been acquired.
