In preliminary <br />discussions with the Community Development Director, it appears Ms. Shaw is <br />demonstrating satisfactory performance and staff will be working on her perfon-nance <br />appraisal for Tuesday evening. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the satisfactory six-month appraisal, staff recommends that Community <br />Development Secretary JoAnn Shaw be retained as a regular full-time employee effective <br />January 12, 2001. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to end probationary period for Community Development Secretary JoAnn Shaw <br />and grant her the status of regular full-time employee effective January 12,2001. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br />Personnel File <br /> <br />PC: 1/23/01 <br /> <br />-267- <br /> <br /> <br />
