-348- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #OI-O1-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SATISFYING OUTSTANDING LIEN AND SETUP OF <br />A t997 DODGE 4X4 PICKUP IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $15,678. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Anoka District Court ruled in favor of the City of Ramsey in a forfeiture <br />motion regarding a 1997 Dodge 4x4 Pickup; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the Finance Committee of January 23, 2001, staff presented a request for <br />the authorization to satisfy the outstanding lien in the amount of $13,556.95 to acquire the truck; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, grant funds in the amount of $15,678 would be used for the purchase and <br />set up of said vehicle <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Ramsey City Council hereby attthorizes the satisfying of the lien on a 1997 forfeited <br /> Dodge 4X4 pickup in the amount of $13,556.95 and <br />2. The required set up for police vehicles in an amount not to exceed $2,121. <br />3.
