In April of 1991, the pe~it was reissued in accord~c~:~lth the revised re~lations. <br />In Au~st of 1991, that pe~it was transfe~ed from L & G R~h¢din to Ble~ Rehbin. ~e <br />pe~it issued to Gle~ Rehbein had an.expiration date of July 31, 1 ~¢~} ~¢~it lapsed and <br />in November of 1995, the CiW issued a hew:pg~it to complete excava~ib~ht~b~;the take area and <br />create, wa~out sWle home site~;5:J~:.~t-:~E expired on Febma~_:~g;;:q999, prior to the <br /> <br /> exporting of the materials.
