Case #8: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct a Telecommunication Tower; Case of American Tower Cort Community Development Director Frolik stated that the City has American Tower Corporation to construct and operate a 175-foot mono' tower for Verizon Wireless on the property located at 14165 by Bruce Volk. The applicant is proposing to construct a 175 east side of Mr. Volk's 4.68 acre parcel. The applicant is area. The proposed tower location will be to the northeast located on the subject property.
