Mayor Gamec directed Mr. Fisher to meet with staff regarding the issue. <br /> <br />Case #8: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct a <br />Telecommunication Tower; Case of American Tower Cort <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that the City has <br />American Tower Corporation to construct and operate a 175-foot mono' <br />tower for Verizon Wireless on the property located at 14165 <br />by Bruce Volk. The applicant is proposing to construct a 175 <br />east side of Mr. Volk's 4.68 acre parcel. The applicant is <br />area. The proposed tower location will be to the northeast <br />located on the subject property.
