City Attorney Goodrich replied that the City could establish precedent for the next apphcant which gives more opportunity to avoid the requirement. ~::'~- ::"~ Mayor Gamec recessed the regular City Council meeting at 9:00 p.m. Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at Case #9: Request for Preliminary Plat Review of Gateway North I~lii'~trial Park Community Development Director Frolik stated that the Ci~':.C~f Ramse~'is in the process of platting four commercial lots in the proposed Gateway.N0r~h Industrial Park No. 5 generally"' located west of County Road #116 and north of 141~ A~ehUe NW. Th~ subject property is zoned BW, Business/Warehousing and consists of approximately24.6 acres..'The preliminary plat is proposing tO plat four commercial tots ranging from 11.23"ac~es to 3..'3 acres in size and one outlot. Lot 1 will be approximately 11.2 acres and will be deWl°-P~by T & G Land, Inc. T & G Land, Inc. is proposing to develop Lot 1 with warehousing faciliti~'and a truck terminal. Lots 2, 3 and 4 will be owned by the City and designated for future co~rcial d~(~ei'opment. The proposed four lots meet the one-acre' minimum lot size requirement ~fi!d;,~e' 200-foot width requirement established in the BW~Dis~rid~.:-'-The .site will receive publ'i"c:access from 141~t Avenue which will be extended' t° the~west and ~hen turn north into Ebo~i~ Street which will then rd ,. ~.- . :_-: · turn east into 143 Avenue.
