Th~ subject property is zoned <br /> BW, Business/Warehousing and consists of approximately24.6 acres..'The preliminary plat is <br /> proposing tO plat four commercial tots ranging from 11.23"ac~es to 3..'3 acres in size and one <br /> outlot. Lot 1 will be approximately 11.2 acres and will be deWl°-P~by T & G Land, Inc. T & <br /> G Land, Inc. is proposing to develop Lot 1 with warehousing faciliti~'and a truck terminal. Lots <br /> 2, 3 and 4 will be owned by the City and designated for future co~rcial d~(~ei'opment.
