I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I PROPOSED ORDINANCE #01- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDMSION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.03.(14) (OVERLAY DISTRICTS) OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT Subsection 9.20.03(14)(d), Overlay Districts, is amended to read as follows: 9.20.03(14)(d) Tower Overlay Regulations. Certain areas in all districts may be located within the Tower Overlay area and are subject to additional regulations in ss. 9.15.03. The Tower Overlay District shall consist of those parcels of land idemified by City Council Resolution No. 01-~ The City Engineer is directed to cause the City's Official Zoning Map to be amended so as to identify the Tower Overlay District. SECTION 2. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION The following is the official summary of Ordinance #01- , which'has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as dearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance: Section 9.20.03(14), Overlay Districts, has been modified to create the Tower Over1ay District which restricts commercial towers to Residential parcels at least 10 acres in size that are located in an area to be designated as the tower overlay district on the official Zoning Map. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
