At your January 23*a meeting,
the City Council tabled a decision on this matter until American Tower Corporation provided
more information on why the proposed antenna could not go on the new water tower being
constructed on Sunwood Dr.

Observations:

The applicant has waived the 60-day rule in order to explore options for the location of its tower.
They are investigating the new water tower site as a possibility for the location of the Verizon
antenna. At this time, the applicant would like to keep the original application open until it can be
determined that the water tower location can serve Verizon's needs.

Council Action:

No action is required at this time. Provided for your information only.

Review Checklist:
Community Development Director
City Engineer

Copies To:
City Attorney

CC: 2/13/01

-189-
