-260- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-02- (PC 01-026) RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL OF ORCHARD HILLS WHEREAS, Homestead Multi-Family Development Corporation, hereafter referred to as '!Developer", has properly applied for preliminary plat and site plan approval of Orchard Hills on the following legally described property located in the City of Ramsey: All that part of the Southwest quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest comer of the plat of Gorham'.s Sandy Acres Estates: thence South along the West line of said Gorham's Sandy Acres Estate for a distance of 549.17 feet; thence West and parallel with the North line of said Southwest quarter of Section 24 for a distance 429.98 ~'eet to the actual point of beginning of land to be described; thence continuing West and parallel with said North line of said Southwest quarter to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47; thence Southeasterly along said centerline for a distance of 400.57 feet; thence East and parallel with said North line of said southwest quarter for a distance of 593.98 feet; thence Northwesterly to the point of beginning.
