-264- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #OI-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $20,333 FROM THE COUNCIL CONTINGENCY <br />FUND TO THE BUDGET OF DATA PROCESSING TO FUND AN INTERNET-BASED <br />DOCUMENT ACCESS AND DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR PUBLIC AGENCIES. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during the year 2001, the Ramsey City Council acted on matters impacting <br />expenditures budgets of the City's General Fund for items that were not included in the original <br />budget for the year ended December 31, 2001; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, included in the 2001 General Fund budget was $101,745 under the Council <br />Contingency, or Expenditure Reserve Fund to be used for items that were not included in the <br />various departments budgeted line items;and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, $20,333 was authorized as the amount to be funded for the service of <br />GovDocs. Com which offers an internet-based document access and delivery system for public <br />agencies and their documents; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, $20,333 is comprised of an initial set up fee of $9,421 and a monthly <br />service charge of $992 for the months of February through December, 2001. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That $20,333 will be transferred from the Council Contingency Fund to the budget of Data <br />Processing for the fimding of an internet-based docmnent access system. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 13th day of February, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
