-264- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #OI-02-XXX RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $20,333 FROM THE COUNCIL CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE BUDGET OF DATA PROCESSING TO FUND AN INTERNET-BASED DOCUMENT ACCESS AND DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR PUBLIC AGENCIES. WHEREAS, during the year 2001, the Ramsey City Council acted on matters impacting expenditures budgets of the City's General Fund for items that were not included in the original budget for the year ended December 31, 2001; WHEREAS, included in the 2001 General Fund budget was $101,745 under the Council Contingency, or Expenditure Reserve Fund to be used for items that were not included in the various departments budgeted line items;and WHEREAS, $20,333 was authorized as the amount to be funded for the service of GovDocs. Com which offers an internet-based document access and delivery system for public agencies and their documents; and WHEREAS, $20,333 is comprised of an initial set up fee of $9,421 and a monthly service charge of $992 for the months of February through December, 2001. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That $20,333 will be transferred from the Council Contingency Fund to the budget of Data Processing for the fimding of an internet-based docmnent access system. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 13th day of February, 2001.
