-42- <br /> <br />City Administrator Non-nm~ replied that staffwitl argue against that because staff does participate <br />more in Committee meetings and it may be perceived by residents as being disrespectful to <br />Councilmembers as well as the fact that he does not feel they will have as in depth of <br />discussions. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he is willing to take the chance that staff might take the <br />slight criticism rather than the Council being perceived as dishonest. If there are three or more <br />Councilmembers present for a meeting, he would like to see it broadcast on Cable TV. Two <br />members or less is not a quorum and would not require being broadcast. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to adjourn <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
