Ed Hamilton, 6615 Highway #I0, Ramsey, stated that the snowmobilers in the area,~t05not have any respect for private property. He indicated that snowmobiles have been b~d :.in Coon Rapids, Anoka and part of Andover and he feels that the City needs to take,sOme' typd:0f.,action regarding snowmobiles because there is too much traffic along High~y #10 t'~.!ha7e snowmobiles.
