To approve the development proposal will require adoption of the rezoning ordinance, approval of the subdivision development agreement, and approval of the site plan development permit. Council Action: Motion to adopt Resolution #'s 01-02- . , 01-02-___, and 01-02- for rezoning, subdivision and site plan approval, respectively. to deny ACCAP's request -or- Motion to adopt Ordinance #01-__ to rezone certain property in Section 25 from R-1 Urban Residential to R-3 Urban Residential to facilitate the ACCAP townhome project. Motion to adopt Resolution #0t-02- granting final plat approval to Sunwood Estates and approve entering into a development agreement with ACCAP for same. Motion to approve the site plan for Sunwood Estates townhome project contingent upon the ACCAP entering into a site plan development permit with the City.
