I I I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I FEB-i2-2B81 12:04 CITY OF RAMSEY Councilmember Zimmerman introduced thc following resolution and moved for ks adoption: R.ESOLUTION #97-06-165 RESOLUTION AMENDING 1997 SCFrEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHA~GES WHEREAS, at the Council Finance Committee meeting on JUne 24, 1997, Staff recommended amendment of the Schedule of Kates, Fees and Charges; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved the 1997 Schedule of Kate-% Fees and Charges at their regular meeting on December 10, I996; and WHE~AS, the Finance CommiRee approved this recommendation and hereby recommends the Rarnsey City Council approve this recommendation; and Wt:IERF_,AS, it is necessary to amend the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges to include subdivision fees, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C~UNCIL 'OF THE CITY OF R.an'VlSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: i) That the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby amended to include a park trail development fee of $100.00 per unit on residential subdivisiorm. 2) That the Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby amended to include a storm water trunk charge of $350.00 per unit on residential subdivisions and $3,500.00 per acre on commercial and industrial subdivisions. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beahen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.'
