-252- <br /> <br />Creative Solutions for Land Planning and Design <br /> <br />February 19, 2001 <br /> <br />Hoisington Koegler Group Inc. <br /> <br /> · <br /> <br />FF__S 2 .'~ 200't <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Norman <br />Administrator <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd NW <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Re: Amendment to contract dated May 20, 1999 for redevelopment planning services <br /> associated with the Highway 10 Corridor. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Norman: <br /> <br />This letter is an amendment to the contract for professional planning and design services dated <br />May 20, 1999 between the City of Ramsey and Hoisington Koegler Group Inc. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Economic Development Authority has requested Hoisington Koegler Group <br />Inc. evaluate frontage road and redevelopment concepts for the following segments of the <br />Highway 10 Corridor: <br /> <br />· The north side of Highway l 0 from Sunfish Lake Boulevard to the Anoka/Ramsey corporate <br /> limits. <br /> <br />· "'"'The north side of Highway 10 from Ramsey Boulevard to where the Highway 10 right-of- <br /> way and the BNSF right-of-way intersect. <br /> <br />This amendment includes the evaluation and graphical presentation of existing .conditions, <br />opportunities and constraints and the preparation of a frontage road and redevelopment concept <br />for each segment of the corridor.
