Our company's intention is to construct a mix residential <br />neighborhood that would provide expanded housing choices to <br />citizens of Ramsey. <br /> <br />'1 <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />We will be processing applicatioris for a Planned Unit <br />Development, Rezoning, Prelim/nary mhd Final Plat, and Site <br />Plan approvals. It is our development objective to prepare <br />ptm~s that conform to the City's Comprehensive Plan and the <br />development regulations. Land use compatibitit-y with adjacent <br />properties and sensible site planing principles will be the <br />foundation of rids new neighborhood. The review and <br />comments by the Plamning Commission will be an important <br />element to the plata design process. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Our Concept Plan has four key land use elements. They are; <br />Open space and trail ways, senior housing, townhouses, and <br />standard single family homes. The following is a brief <br />description of each element of d~e plan. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />OPEN SPACE AND TRAIL WAYS <br />The City of Ramsey lams made a public investment in the <br />existing trail system through and around the subject property <br />mad nearby parks.
