Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City entered into a TIF A~eement with Sharp and Associates, LLC for the purpose of <br />developing a parcel of land lying west of Sunfish Lake Blvd. and south of the former Mate Punch <br />and Dye building. The City acquired the majority of this parcel fxom T&G land, Inc and one <br />smaller parcel from the Dickenson family. As a part of this transaction, the City is conveying the <br />entire parcel to Sharp and Associates, LLC.
