As I mentioned to you a our meeting, wc ar~ running $75,000 tn $80,000 over budget {m ti'ds shopping center. Most ofr. b. ose cost overages '-are due.t~ items that we did not budget lbr. That is, cf course, not Lhe Ciw'x fault. Ilowever, th¢re are two (2) items wkich arc directly related m thc City c,f Ramscy: 1.) $7,974.00 - Please refer to our letter dated Jul7 12, 20{)0 in which we addressed this matter. Wc are absolutely convinced that this fee was aot an appropriate ch.-urge in this case. 2.) $3,930 - Cap off4" Gate Valve 'llfis is an it~n requested by fl~c City of Rz-m.se7. It was not our coaWactor's responsibility a.q t under.~rand it, it was not necessary work for the Ramsey Tow'ne ,qquarc project.
