I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA HELD: March 27, 2001 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRamsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 27t~' day of March, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose, in part, of tailing a public hearing on the proposed adoption of an Amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 within Development District No. 1, the proposed adoption of a Modification to the Development Program for Development District No. 1. RESOLUTION # The following Council Members were present: and the following were absent: Council Member adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX iNCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 2 WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, THE PROPOSED ADOPTION OF A.MOD~ICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. I BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows: Public Heating. This Council shall meet on Tuesday, April 24, 2001, at approximately 7:00 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the following matters: (a) the proposed adoption of an Amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 within Development District No. 1, (b)the proposed adoption of a Modification to the Development Program for Development District No. 1.
