Johnson <br /> <br /> Principal Planner Trudgeon stated that Mr. Johnson is request~g]~i~'e pl~[;i~eview to construct a <br /> garage on the commercial portion of his property in the Pi~;e~ Estates~2~aAddition planned <br /> unit development (PUD). This PUD is zoned for a com~ht~on of r~dential and commercial <br /> uses. Mr. Johnson ~s a concrete contractor and he ~s pO~6~ing to con~::a 2,400 square foot <br /> garage to house his veh/cles and equipment. The!i~e':,equates..t~{i~i:~i0g~ coverage of .03 <br /> percent. This is xn accordance with the City's general com~eia.l~egi/latiO:n of restricting the <br /> building coverage to 30 percent of the commercial property sizd~ }i~¢~0venants for the Pineview <br /> Estates restrict the front 200 feet of the property for the residenti~'i~::~'e~ Mr. Johnson's building <br /> ~s proposed to be set back 240 feet from the property hne.
