CASE # [ <br /> CITY COUNCIL REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF <br />WEB DESIGN PROJECT BIDS FOR CITY OF RAMSEY WEB SITE <br /> Kim Moore-Sykes, Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: Responding to comments from Ramsey residents and the City Council, Staff <br />began to work on updating the City's Web site. During the course of the project, Staff <br />determined that the update suggestions and proposed changes required more expertise than what <br />the Staff currently has. Staff received bids with references from Chandra Kreyer, 15180 Barium <br />Street NW and Rich Quaal, kq Studios, P.O. Box 1044, Anoka.
