This account manager will coordinate all GovDocs activities related to this accouot and will be the single poiot of contact for City of Ramsey. In addition, GovDocs will p~ovide the following support services to eusure that users of the application receive excellent support: Phone support lbr City of R. amsey staffdurmg regular business hours · E-mail support for City of Ramsey staff with 2 hour maxhnum response time during regular business ]loLIrb E-mail support for users with 2 hour maximum response time during regular business hours · Comprebensive list of"Frequently Asked Questions" to help City of Ramsey respond to customer service needs · Online listing of answers to "Frequently Asked Questions" Term · I year · Cancelable with 30 days notice · Automatically renews for consecutive 12 month periods if no notice is giveo Pricinll Structure Sec pricing qnote document Billing · Monthly tees will be billed on or before the 5(h day of each month based on the nmnber of documents online on the first day or' the month · Additional document conversion will be billed as a separate line item based on actual convers ion needs in the month after conversion is performed · 30 day payment terms Special Conqlitions Information provided by City or' Ramsey - if information provided to GovDocs by City of Ramsey is incorrect, or if new information is discovered by OovDocs during the implementation process that causes GovDocs to incur unfbrcseen costs, GovDocs reserves the right to recover incremental costs associated with completing the imp}ementation. User information - The user infbnnation will remain the sole property of the City ofRamsey. GovDocs shall have a license to use the user information in order to provide services for the City'ofRamsey. GovDocs never shams information gathered through our government panners with third parties for promotional purposes. Ownership of documents and application - The City of Ramsey maintains sole ownership of all documents provided to GovDocs as part of this agreement including files of documents after they are converted to new digital formats by GovDocs. GovDocs shall maintain sole ownership of the GovDocs Document Delivery Application and all modifications made to the application and its contents (other than City of Ramsey documents) whether these modifications are made specifically to accomnmdate the City of Ramsey's documents within the GovDocs Document DeliveD' Application or ~'or another purpose.
