Natalie Haas Steffen replied that it is not the intention of the Met Council to subdivide She explained that in an attempt to finalize the City's Comprehensive Plan the Met agreed to the four terms agreed to by the City Council and she is trying to make Met Council to back off the one in ten acre requirement.
