She nOt~':this'i¢~ation is by a daycare <br />center and asked if that is a concern since liquor licenses cannSf:'b~b issued b~ a school. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated a daycare use is not in th~'~ii~, ordinanC~:~:.~State Statutes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson noted that question #15 on'Page '2"i~:4 ask~ ~'the~al estate taxes are <br />paid and it is answered "No" which indicates taxes are delinqueilf;'_ ~.. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated real estate taxes are required to be paid'in~ full..: ,"· .5~'"?¢~. <br />Mark Callender, applicant, stated, that as ~f'ar' a~ he is aware, all real estate ~Xbs are paid in full. <br />He stated it appears that he made' a mistake when he-filled-out that forml <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that question #15 goes on to require proof of payment from <br />the County Auditor, which is not attache&:':::-",: ~ci'-!'~ <br /> <br />Barry Brottlund, leasing manager and representative of North Lake Properties, stated they closed <br />on the permanent ioan at theend of October and at th~.time all real estate taxes had to be paid in <br />full.
