Our <br />lots here are not that of acreage, therefore we don't feel that adding an accessory building <br />to the property is justified. Especially a building that exceeds the Ramsey City ordinance <br />of 16'. <br /> <br />We live just two doors down from JeffHansen and do not feel it necessary to turn our <br />neighborhood into a hobby farm setting. We have consulted w/th a Real Estate Analyst <br />and have found the results to be negative. We feel this building and any other buildings <br />of the like in this neighborhood will most definitely bring down property values and <br />consequently make it difficult to sell our property in the future. When we are looking to <br />the south out of our living room window the last thing we want to see is an accessory <br />building in our neighbors yard of any height. We feel that granting this permit to build <br />this accessory building would be a great disservice to all property owners in Fox Knoll <br />2nd Addition especially the neighbors that surround the pond.
