I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br />',l <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-04- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #, RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FROM JEFF AND MICHELLE <br />HANSEN TO EXCEED THE DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING HEIGHT <br />RESTRICTION FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE METROPOLITAN <br />URBAN SERVICE AREA. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jeff and Michelle Hansen, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," have <br />properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the detached accessory building height <br />restriction for properties located in the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) on the <br />property generally known as 6250 152ad Lane and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Blbck 2, Fox Knoll 2"d Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />That the Applicants appeared before the Planning Commission for a public heating pursuant <br />to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on April 3, 2001, and that said public hearing <br />was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated <br />by reference. <br /> <br />2. That the Subject Property is zoned residential and located within the Metropolitan Urban <br /> Service Area (MUSA). <br /> <br />3. That the Subject Property is approximately 1.32 acres in size. <br /> <br />4. That City Code restricts detached accessory building height to sixteen (16) feet on properties <br /> that are located within the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA). <br /> <br />That the Applicant would like to exceed the detached accessory building height restriction by <br />a total of 2-feet 2-inches in order to match the design and height of the attached accessory <br />building. , <br /> <br />6. That the Applicant has stated that the detached accessory building will not have a paved <br /> access to 152"d Avenue NW. <br /> <br />7. That the Applicant has stated that the detached accessory building will be utilized for <br /> personal storage and will not be used to facilitate a business. <br /> <br />8.
