I I I I I ,I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-04- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CLEMENS ADDITION WHEREAS, Vincent and Evelyn Clemens, hereafter referred to as "Developers", hve properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 1 and 2, Outlot A, Block 1; Clemens Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, on January 3, 2001, the City received application and sketch plan fi.om Vincent Clemens for Clemens Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on February 6, 2001, and approved the sketch plan of Clemens Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on February 8, 2001, and determined that park dedication shall be satisfied with cash contribution for the new buildable lot created, Lot 2, Block 1; and WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat for approval on April 13, 2001. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approvai to Clemens Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a development agreement With the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: -125-
