-140- PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE #01- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS Iq2qOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDMSION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential: That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: At a point on the West line of said Southwest Quarter, said point being 1208 feet South of the Northwest Comer of said Southwest Quarter and said point also being the intersection of said West line with the centerline of 152n~ Avenue N.W., according to the plat of Gorhams Addition, extended Westerly, thence South on said West line of Southwest Quarter for a distance of 259.4 feet, thence East at right angles 140 feet, thence North at right angles 311.1 feet; thence West at right angles 140 feet to the said West line of the Southwest Quarter, thence South 51.7 feet to place of beginning, together with an easement for road purposes over the said 152nd Avenue N.W. extended westerly to the West line of above described tract; and That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: From the intersection of the West line of said Southwest Quarter with the center line of 152nd Avenue N.W., according to the plat of Gorham Addition, extended westerly to said West line of Southwest Quarter; thence South on said West line of Southwest Quarter for a distance of 259.4 feet to actual place of beginning; thence East at right angles for a distance of 160 feet; thence South at fight angles for a distance of 272.25 feet; thence West at right angles for a distance of 160 feet to said West line of Southwest Quarter; thelace Nortl~ 272.25 feet to place of beginning; and That part of the East 20 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying North of the following described line: Commencing at the point of intersection of the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter with the center line of 152~ Avenue N.W. according to the duly recorded plat of Gorham's Addition extended Westerly to said East line of the Southeast I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I
