I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember ~introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-04- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SUNFISH COMMONS WHEREAS, Sunfish Properties, L.L.C., hereafter referred to as "Developer," has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of east half of Government Lot 4, Section 34, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Lying southerly of southerly right of way line of Burlington Northern Railroad and lying northerly of northerly right of way line of Trunk Highway #10, except that part thereof lying west of following described line: Commencing at intersection of west line of said east half with southerly right of way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad thence southeasterly along said railroad right of way line 75.12 feet to point of beginning of ,said line, thence southerly 427.52 feet +or- to intersection with northerly right of way line of said Trunk Highway #10 68.87 feet, as measured along said northerly right of way line, southeasterly of point of intersection with west line of said east half and said line there terminating, AKA part of Lot 11 Auditor's Subdivision No. 30, except road, subject to easement of record. Or after recording of the Sunfish Commons plat; Lot 1, Block 1, Sunfish Commons ("Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, on March 14, 2001, the City received application and sketch plan from the Developer for Sunfish Commons; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on April 3, 2001, and approved the sketch plan of Sunfish Commons and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on April 12, 2001, recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements. NOW THEREtFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants fmal plat approval t(~ Sunfish Commons in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the Developer entering into a Development Agreement. 1) -157-
