Vedzon Wireless has considered other towers in the vicinity of the proposed <br />site. None will meet their needs at this time. Vedzon is proposing the installation of twelve (12) antennas four <br />(4) each in three (3) sectors, located on the stem of the water tower at approximately 983' AMSL. A pre- <br />fabricated 12 foot by 30 foot equipment building will be placed on the property, on the SW side of the tower base <br />(see site plan) with access from the existing driveway. Electrical power and telephone required to operate this <br />site will be provided at the sole cost of Vedzon Wireless. The proposed equipment building will be equipped with <br />a stand-by generator. The purpose of this site will be to extend and improve wireless coverage to the area. <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with all applicable Federal Communication Commission standards relative to radio <br />frequency emissions and noninterference. Vedzon Wireless' communications services and operations comply <br />with FCC Standards.
